      Fast Growing, but disorganized

      Pros

      Challenge has added several new factories over the past year or two. It is a growing company with a lot of hiring going on.

      Cons

      As a privately held company, employees do not see plant and department budgets. Hard to know if things are going well, or if we are in trouble. Tends to be top-down management style rather than asking input from front line workers .
