good benefits and great owners

no room for growth, managers are horrible, no one is valued...on more than one occasion I have heard a senior manager say the employees are worthless company policies are not followed at all...

work is good and plenty of overtime

Cons

Some of the operators are Insecure and they sabotage your work and go behind You're back to complain. Also I feel that this company discriminates.
