Pros

Great curriculum, involved parents, excellent education for students, free/discounted tuition for employee's children, students are challenged and rise to the occasion. It's exciting to see how much students learn and grow!

Cons

Lots of unpaid working hours (typical for all teachers), salary low, lots expected of teachers (Science Fair, complicated musical programs twice a year, etc.), poor communication/support from management
