Pros

Wonderful kids, co-workers are nearly all hardworking, classy individuals. Great benefits for kids' education.

Cons

Management struggles to properly coach, manage people. Managers feel persistent stress, and this flows directly to teachers. Time off is expected during designated breaks and the summer.

Pros

Challenger provides a fantastic curriculum, clear expectations for students and teachers, good benefits, and the student population is easy to work with because most students are very well-mannered.

Cons

If you enjoy making a true difference in kids' lives, then you'll agree there are no cons to working hard. Challenger teaches at a high level, so of course teachers have to be prepared. If you are looking for an easy job to just show up to, Challenger is not for you.
