Pros
Working with kids, other teachers are usually really fun to work with, you get tuition discounts, the curriculum is really good.
Cons
Management couldn't care less about you. My first director was amazing, she worked to help the employees better themselves in a positive way. But they changed the director every year and two of the three were catty, would pull you into their office during class to berate you, one would yell at teachers in the hallway. The pay is extremely low for the amount of work you do especially with the work they expect you to take home.
