      Pros

      I had a great experience with the talent acquisition team at Chamberlain Group. They were always responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. I was able to connect with the hiring manager in less than a week and ultimately got the offer. I look forward to joining!

      Pros

      Nice new building and work environment New CEO is making lots of changes. The company is going into right direction.

      Cons

      Work life balance in engineering department can be rough (easily 45+ hrs a week). Barely any flexibility. Too many processes and too much micro management. Standard 15 days vacation.

      Pros

      The company has made investments across the board. They are invested in improving employee culture. The building is beautiful to work in. The company offers summer hours. Its goals are lofty, but the right management is in place to make it happen. The CEO, JoAnna, is ADORED at this company. She is known to everyone, she is connected to ALL employees. Interactions with her are like minor brushes with celebrity. I have never worked in a place where I have been able to have female leadership up the line, and they are also great examples of how to be assertive business women. I have exemplary role models that I can identify with for once in my career. I'm glad to have finally found that.

      Cons

      Everyone wishes pay was better. Typical office politics of "who you know" rather than "what you do" can be a little disheartening.
