      Some really good people, some real bozos

      Pros

      Owner is a class guy. Sales management is company core. Company pays well. Nice facility and management retreats. Former CEO was good leader but loved the drama.

      Cons

      ELT lacks management courage, politics rules over abilities, back room deals are in full force. Stooges allowed to roam free north and south of the border.

      Good company to work for, but following a career path is challenging

      Pros

      I felt that the people were easy to work with (although not everyone felt that way). I had 3 great bosses, but there was always criticism about upper management.

      Cons

      It was difficult to move up in the company. They were very good at hiring from the outside and didn't focus on building the people within.
