      Pros

      Starting pay is great, typical call center, very few pros for the company.

      Cons

      Raises are minimal amd favortism dictates how much of a raise you get. You are also expected to volunteer for special projects with little training or pay increase

      Company is currently the market leader in garage door openers.

      Cons

      You won't be able to think and make decisions on your own. You will be led that you have that ability, but in the end you will always be told what to do. Certain executive leaders treat people with no respect without repercussions. If you have any respect for yourself, look elsewhere, especially when it comes to marketing.
