Pros

Well established company. Firmware to middleware to Frontend team interaction and learning curve.

Cons

The Pune office is heavily driven by internal politics, especially within the Middleware team. Many lead/poc level personnel are more concerned with securing their own positions rather than fostering collaboration or recognizing real talent. There is clear favoritism — senior and experienced employees are often treated as competitors, while select juniors receive preferential treatment and “cream” assignments. The rest are left to deal with low-value or cleanup work. What’s even more disappointing is that such behavior is rewarded — individuals with this mindset continue to get promoted, reinforcing a toxic and biased culture. This not only demotivates hard-working employees but also damages the overall growth and credibility of the organization.

Pros

Chamberlain Group genuinely cares about its people and it shows. HR is responsive, transparent, and truly employee-centric. Regular manager check-in's, give actionable feedback, and actively supports growth. You feel heard here. The company is Collaborative, inclusive, and mission-driven. Teams celebrate wins together. Leadership lives the values instead of just putting them on a poster. Work-Life Balance is very healthy. Flexible hours and hybrid options make it easy to manage personal commitments. PTO is encouraged and actually respected - no guilt for taking time off. Chamberlain Group is an amazing place to build a career if you want smart people, strong leadership, and a culture that values balance. HR and management set the tone from the top and it makes a real difference day-to-day. Highly recommend.
