      great staff, management are fair. Every one welcoming and team mates are very eager to help everyone out. Fun place to work. Good base salary and potential for growth which makes it worth while all the hard work.

A huge share of our devlopment are AI-assisted. Engineers get hands-on GenAI tooling, and our internal Shark Tank forum lets anyone pitch AI ideas straight to leadership — with actual budget behind the winners. - Meaningful access & smart home work. myQ smart access, garage door openers, access control readers, consumer smart home devices — you can literally point at products on shelves and say "I built that." - Genuine US collaboration. Our US leaders treat Pune as a peer site. Weekly syncs, joint roadmap calls, frequent travel both ways. Decisions are made together — not handed down. - Real investment in people.
