The pay is ok... I would say 10-15 percent above the average. The people are really nice so it is easy to make friends.

Cons

The work culture has gotten pretty bad over the years. Also getting an exceeds performance is almost impossible. The people are great but everyone is stressed as the company has significantly cut down in size. Lastly while the pay starts out good getting pay increases is almost impossible.
