You can learn a lot but I recommend going in with a quick exit strategy.

Cons

Nobody seems to survive there. Which tells you all you need to know about leadership. So the problem just remains and they beat the individual contributors down.

Tons of corporate internal meetings that weren’t necessary/helpful Lack of leadership Corporate confusion (went through 2 CEOS and multiple higher up VP changes in 2 years) They continue to have restructuring issues and lay off hundreds of people every quarter.
