I've only been here for four months, but this is a GREAT place to work. The teams I interact with, from those based in Illinois to those in Australia, are first-rate. We're a culture that wants to help people, and wants to be successful. And, the leaders are top-notch: strategic, supportive, ambitious, realistic. Very balanced place to work and thrive. I'm glad I made this choice to be here.

Cons

Sometimes a bit consensus-driven, and that slows things down. Appreciated at times, but could be something to streamline from time to time.

No growth, No Bonus and Merit Rise is too less though overall review says Exceeds Expectations. Bonus is given only from Lead or Manager level
