      It's all about the bottom line and not about people (AKA their "colleagues").

      Pros

      Not a whole lot of good here. IT can really make your life interesting. You can buy MS Office for like $10.00

      Cons

      Only care about NPS scores. Don't listen to their employees. Major workplace bullying is the norm from management. Management maintains a "hit list" for who they want to have removed. They think their students are gold and platinum; their more like fools gold and coal.

      Lots of opportunity throughout the company. Great collaboration with colleagues/staff. Meet student needs. Using different tools to shift the culture.

      Work/life balance can be challenging due to short sessions, all year round format, and expectations from leadership.
