Program is well structured. Strong emphasis on student support and success. Very positive and cohesive team atmosphere makes this an inviting and comfortable work environment.

Cons

Pay is on the low side, but benefits are outstanding.

Pros

Sales job in an office environment. The job is pretty straight forward with scripted guides that will work most of the time. Opportunities and promotion from within.

Cons

As with any company that loves promoting within the down side is you have great advisors trying to be managers which doesn't always work out. High stress from end of session to push for more, it's a sales job after all. Think Office Space...
