Pros

Chamberlain provides a wonderful work-life balance for colleagues. The management and directors are supportive and provide a foundation that enables engagement and growth in the workplace. Compensation and benefits are fair and begin day one of the job. Chamberlain values are well known and referenced any time decisions or changes are made. Chamberlain Care is truly practiced at every level.

Cons

Chamberlain is growing quickly, which means processes are constantly being reviewed and changed. This is great because the goal is continuous improvement, but employees must be ready to work with change on a regular basis.

Pros

A perfect place for young talent to develop leadership skills. Benefits are amazing and your colleagues are the highlight of the day. They provide flexible work hours and the opportunity to work from home. Everyone from senior management downward are very positive and if you take your job seriously and put forth a good effort will work with you on building your career. A positive attitude is definitely a sure fire way for people to realize your potential.

Cons

Be prepared to have multiple quality assessments in a month. It can be a little unnerving because it can be back - to - back reviews of your calls. It can get very monotonous as it is a call center so there isn't a lot of creativity or higher level thinking required.

Pros

I can honestly say I am proud to work for Chamberlain. This organization focuses on the care of each colleague by constantly reinforcing it's core values. I have found a better work/life balance here than any previous job and work under great management at my campus. My direct leader has an open door policy that makes it easy to bring any concern forward and she constantly supports and encourages us in our jobs. There is also a dotted line that ensures that your concerns are carried to the correct individuals when they arise. This is a breath of fresh air compared to other work environments that I have been in over the years.

Cons

I think with any company there is always an area that can be identified for improvement. I think as an admission advisor the biggest area for improvement would be consistency in expectations across each campus. I understand that this is difficult to monitor as there are different DAs at each location, but I do think that there could be some streamlining in this area. Overall, no major issues that would cause me to question the integrity of the company or the organization itself.
