Pros

You have the opportunity to make connections with many people from different industries as many advisors are at Chamberlain in a transitional phase. Also, depending what the current benefits are, some of the Masters programs offered through Keller are worthwhile and the tuition benefit was very helpful for me.

Cons

Depending on your manager, you may not be motivated in a way that is very effective. And ultimately, it is a sales-style job. You have to make goals.

Pros

Pay is good, and benifits day one. If you get on a good managers team you'll love it. The people you meet will be great friends. The nurses you enroll are fabulous and are really great to Work with.

Cons

There's too much favoritism among the establishment. If you don't drink the cool aid then they look at you as combative and not trying hard. They feed there favorites good leads to help with thier numbers. When you get your observation it's so hard to get a perfect score since it's a matter of each of the ADA'S opinion. Even when you do what they ask they will still find reason to dock you points. Its very hard to get promoted to the next level of admission advisor role. be careful how you talk to certain adas, if they don't like you they'll do what they can to fire you.

Pros

Overall, the company was a great point for me and my position. There was a lot of growth from the time I started and to this day, it only seems to be improving. Lots of benefits and even occasional perk offers for multiple sources.

Cons

Depending on your area, lots of potential drama, delayed decision making, lack of communication per location and national management. Lots of areas of opportunity for improvement and cost savings to reduce student tuition.
