      Pros

      Chamberlain is a great company/ educational institution to work for because they truly care for each colleague and most importantly our students. I'm impressed how leadership encourage us to progress through educational benifts and mentoring programs.

      Cons

      Honestly, I cannot come up with a con for the Phoenix Chamberlain College campus. It really is a great place to be associated with.

      Pros

      Consistency with contracts and sessions offered but you can only teach a max of 26 credits a year. once you reach max credit, you can not teach til following year. leaves about 16 weeks of no teaching.

      Cons

      No pay increase for adjunct faculty. I have been teaching for 5 years and the pay per credit hours has never increased.
