Pros

Adtalem/Chamberlain University fosters a great work environment along with several career growth opportunities. The compensation and benefits are very rewarding and everyone who works here are the sweetest, kindest people I have ever worked with!

Cons

The only downside are that work schedules shift frequently.

It's fine, flexible, work/life balance.

Cons

Can be very siloed. Not because we're remote but the organization is so large I think it's hard for admin to figure out how to get all the pieces working properly.
