They have allowed Walden too take over this company and have driven out many great leaders. It's become an awful sales job. It was once recruiting. It is now an awful sales job

As a newer student-facing colleague, I feel supported and welcomed by my managers and building staff. I know that if there is ever a concern, I will be able to voice that without pushback. I feel like I was set up for success in this role.
