Pay was decent, that's about it.

Cons

Charlotte campus has the worst 'leadership', some faculty are malicious and downright vindictive. New campus president was a terrible Dean, but because she worked at another program with the now-former president - she was promoted though she has no people skills, no leadership skills, and loves to bring in cronies (nepotism) from her previous job. Faculty have left under this leadership and more will continue to leave this sinking ship, all that the expense of students!

Great students. Working online program so can be remote.

Cons

Just increased number of students per class making the class size very difficult to manage. No increase in pay for 20% more students per class.

The health benefits are good

There was a lot of calling prospective students and trying to convince them to spend a large amount of money to attend the institution. When the students were able to be convinced, they still had to make it through the admissions committee. The AC committee only wanted top tier students, though they were the least likely to pay the price tag.
