The new leadership really has made this University a great place to work. They really care, encourage work-life balance, and push you to grow. I got to see it transform from great to amazing and it has been amazing to watch! The health insurance is amazing!

Cons

Every job has its frustrations. I would say any issue I have raised has been addressed, so I look at that as a positive. Leadership will always get back to me with any concerns I have.

Pros

Chamberlain is part of a larger organization providing opportunities for growth, and the organization has excellent benefits for employees. The university provides resources for colleagues to be successful in their positions including education, trainings, and colleague mentoring. The work environment is positive, and it is a pleasure to go to work every day with individuals who all have the same goals--to build our nursing profession. Work-life balance is respected and supported. People on campus and on the national team are kind to each other and as a nurse, this is my favorite quality of a person.

Cons

I have been with the organization for 7 months and am happy to go to work every day. I have yet to find a con.
