They have allowed Walden too take over this company and have driven out many great leaders. It's become an awful sales job. It was once recruiting. It is now an awful sales job

The primary con is that the expectations are extremely high compared to other universities. However, I am very pleased with my experience.

Cons

Not a lot of diversity when it comes to promotions especially if you are of a person of color. Majority of the C-suite individuals, higher ups all hire people who are white, even with the curriculum team and BSN online only hire people who are white.
