- Provided decent salary and benefits - Worked with some wonderful students

Cons

- Clueless management who refused to meet with escalated students - Increased workloads as other Coordinators quit or were laid off (heavy turnover) - Little consequence for abusive student behavior & actions - Chamberlain Care while preached in all-hands meetings does not trickle down in organization's actions

Great training; Great trainers

Pros

I like the helpfullness and knowledge of personnel selected to train new hires. The training was thorough, and the staff is available after training to assist. This position is highly technical and complicated, especially those with no experience in this area. This requires patience and willingness to help the new hires. The experienced advisors show all qualities. Management also provides a listening year and follows up on suggestions by staff, even new staff. These qualities created a positive atmosphere for me as a new hire. I look forward to moving forward with this compmany.

Cons

Obviously I would love a higher salary. That I hope will come with availability of jobs that fit my profile and as I gain more experience.
