Love the culture, very inclusive of diversity, offers employees a chance to attend mental health training. Great work life balance, opportunity for overtime work where approved.

Cons

Training doesn’t really prepare you for you are getting into, but you are surrounded by an amazing team to support you through the process. Medical Benefits not that great
