- Supportive, innovative, expert leadership; supervisors genuinely care for their employees and their success - Great team of co-workers; everyone is very talented and dedicated, and are team players who are easy to get along with - Recruitment and onboarding processes were pleasant and organized; recruiter is top-notch and follows through

Pros

Chameleon Integrated Services is a great company to work for. The people at Chameleon create a positive, friendly environment, and the management is supportive and flexible with employees. No one is shy about showing appreciation, which makes working at Chameleon feel very rewarding. Chameleon also has a nice benefits package for full time employees.

Cons

The organizational structure at Chameleon can be somewhat cumbersome at first for new employees. Many jobs are intertwined and require collaboration between multiple employees and departments.
