Pros

Chameleon Integrated Services is a great company to work for. The people at Chameleon create a positive, friendly environment, and the management is supportive and flexible with employees. No one is shy about showing appreciation, which makes working at Chameleon feel very rewarding. Chameleon also has a nice benefits package for full time employees.

Cons

The organizational structure at Chameleon can be somewhat cumbersome at first for new employees. Many jobs are intertwined and require collaboration between multiple employees and departments.

Challenging and rewarding

Pros

Chameleon leadership provides us with the tools that we need to be successful in an incredibly challenging and competitive business. Not only do they give us the tools, but the leadership is involved in the day to day business. The environment in which I work is conducive to working all hours, not just the typical 9-5. I am not micro-managed but I am given the guidance I need to learn and grow in my career. The compensation and benefits are excellent and hard work and dedication are rewarded.

Cons

Although benefits for the employee are amazing and very affordable, the family benefits can get expensive.
