No micromanaging Pretty good communication Health insurance was improved but still a lot. Paid cert reimbursement

The people were nice and projects were interesting enough. Pay was average.

Cons

They will lay you off with minimal severance. There are some long-standing financial issues leading to multiple rounds of layoffs. Health insurance is mediocre.
