The company hires Ex Felons.

Cons

The company takes advantage of the fact that you are an ex felon and they pay low wages and work you very hard!

Pros

Benefits are great. Upper management does care and tries to do whats right. All in all a great experience.

Cons

They are a very demanding company. But for your compensation that usually is how it works. Some of there tactics for handling complaints I did not agree with. Some times you need to stand your ground and not just pay em off.
