Senior management is from the auto industry and has no idea what they are doing in construction.

Pros

The only benefit I can think of is a pay check. This company ok if you need to get a job for a quick buck and then move on to a real job.

Cons

Senior management has one thing on there mind and that is taking Champion public. Do not stand in there way, nothing else matters. No new employes are coming into this trailer industry, it is dying.
