      Straightforward tasks that are easy to pick up after initial training Physically active work — you're not sitting still all day You gain hands-on experience installing fascia, soffits, and trim Some coworkers were helpful and made the days go by quicker Pays weekly, which can help with short-term budgeting

      Pros

      The organization has potential to be a true leader in its industry. They have great financial resources. Unfortunately, leadership values are not aligned with its public claims or commitments with no active desire to improve.

      Cons

      Ethics reporting system exists in name only. I received no follow-up after submitting a detailed complaint through EthicsPoint, even when naming senior leadership. After returning from protected leave, I attempted to clarify role scope and pay equity in writing—requests that were repeatedly redirected or ignored. I was terminated without warning or conversation. Despite the company’s stated values of respect, collaboration, fairness, and transparency I encountered a dismissive environment that prioritized control over dialogue.
