Pros

Working with CHampion Home Builders was extremely rewarding, because I was able to learn and carry out real responsibilities within the company's credit department, with the constant mentorship and support from co-workers and employers.

Cons

There weren't really any downsides to this position. The pay was pretty reasonable for the position.
