Pros

Great wine and amazing Visitor Center Team. Wonderful Director of the Winery!

Cons

No visibility within the company. Constantly changing direction and no clear vision. The Brand Home Director is hard to relate to and has no empathy or compassion for the staff that deals directly with the public.
