Pros

Flexible work hours and benefits.

Cons

Reactive vs. proactive. Planning and logistics are abysmal. Promotions are only given through the the Marketing department. This company is the same as the FBI; only those that pull the trigger and get in the headlines get a promotion. If you excel at your position; you are considered too valuable to move up.
