Pros

Awesome benefits, and encouragement to do volunteer work throughout the community!

Cons

Lot's of opportunities to move around, but moving up in the company isn't as easy. Management typically is hired from outside the organization.

Pros

Great people and lots of work to do. Fellow employees are very welcoming and willing to help. The 401k plan is great and a few other perks.

Cons

Not a great company to launch one's career after college graduation. The company does very little for fresh grads integration into full-time work life.
