Group sporting events, in office lunches, off site group events, open collaborative work environment, team oriented, company swag, occasional remote work as individual role and manager permit, work flexibility.

Changeis has an outstanding team. Everyone I work with is always positive. The positive mental attitude carries over to the customer who echoes it back. In addition, the people in this company aspire to do quality work in a timely fashion -- a best practice that motivates all of us. We are better because of each other.
