Pros

Like others have noted, I was paid on time. That's always a plus!

Cons

Where do I start? Unless you're "grandfathered" into upper management, there's mot much room for advancement.

Pros

This is a company that is very entrepreneurial and fast moving where your contributions are noticed, appreciated and rewarded. It's a great mix of disciplines: creative, UX, development, etc. and hires some really solid people that care about their work product, and each other. I can't say enough good things about the people. I consider everyone here a personal friend. Incredible, challenging environment with great opportunity for personal and professional growth. Fun and friendly management for the most part. Strong female representation in management. The CEO is a hard-charging digital pioneer. Head of Ops, another female, keeps the place together and is always accessible and available to help clear obstacles or just hear you out. Overall great work/life balance compared to just about everywhere I have worked!

Cons

The company has experienced rapid growth and some of the issues that come with that...thus, some of the disgruntled formers you see on here (some people are apparently just born angry and disgruntled). Overall these issues have been balanced out in the time I've been here and some of the people that can't cut it are no longer there. We gotta keep being selective about the types of personalities we hire!

Pros

The worker bees are great and it used to be a fun environment with a great culture but that has changed in the last year. The lobby was redecorated (leaving the rest of the office in the 1990's)

Cons

Hard work is not rewarded and the people who contribute the most are taken advantage of. The leadership team is very immature and they are specifically told NOT to advocate for their direct reports. New management takes credit for others work. The company was growing but doesn't know how to scale and adapt. The owner cares more about selling the company and embellishing the facts then treating people with respect. Horrible benefits, poor morale and high turnover. It is crazy-town.
