Relaxed work environment. All of the little people are a lot of fun to work with and some of the managers and C levels are cool.

Cons

Micro managing billable hours, limited flex time, core business hours, importance of appearances and certain words.

Not many to name. Management tried to be personable. They give you cake for Birthdays and Anniversaries. If you’re new, you get the bad hours.

Cons

Management did not effectively convey expectations. Management showed favoritism if you were an attractive female. Not a very positive work environment
