      Good culture and mission, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Compensation is very non-competitive, everyone is overworked and expected to do more than their responsibilities. Pretty flat org style so limited opps for vertical growth

      Salt of the earth people and a great product to feel good about making better, especially in this age of pointless software and other pointless materialistic BS. Expanding into the EU and growing fast. Dogs at work every day.

      The company is spread a little thin but hiring and working on making general operations better.
