      Can Confirm Accounting Toxic Like Other Review

      Remote work is the only plus

      Cons

      Primary leader is rude, toxic and plays favorites. Many emails with bolding, red lettering, underlining and italics to call people out in a mass email. Never starts emails in a friendly manner with a simple hi just name and ask. This is a leader no one wants to work for as they do not inspire you to work hard when they don’t appreciate employees.

      HR does nothing about reports of toxic superiors Favoritism is on display No growth unless you are a favorite AI goals will see you without a job to lower head count

      Fun office culture, people are easy to get along with, inclusive management. Company outings every other month. Growing company, plenty of opportunities for growth, management is open to feedback.

      Lower pay for the position, no 401k match.
