The staff is great, a lot of talented people. Snacks and little perks. CEO has a clear direction on where we should be going. Open space and events.

Cons

No oversight, management are always tied up in meetings. I guess RTO doesn't apply to upper management when they are needed. Spending money on solutions that do not make sense and a lot of finger pointing when issues appear.
