*Unlimited PTO should actually be called very limited PTO * HORRIBLE Broken processes * LOVES to put out fires without considering root cause analysis EVER * DO NOT TAKE ANY KIND OF MEDICAL LEAVE *Limited staffing - will have 1 person doing elements of 8 jobs

Great Mission and company is very loyal to its employees, the company is at the beginning of a fast growth ramp, expanding internationally.

Cons

Doesn't pay very well, benefits are minimal and I'm starting to wonder how meaningful the stock-options are.
