I loved to work in ChargePoint from Dec 2010 to Dec 2014, during this period I worked with tons of technologies and concepts. Company care his employee.

Cons

I professionally feel, a large gap b/w concept and productization this is due to product team working on cutting edge technologies and they don't have much knowledge of user behaviour. I believe over time this gap will be filled.
