Pros
If you like coming up with creative PBL and thinking outside the box, this place is awesome. There's a strong atmosphere of curiosity and creativity.
Cons
The burn-out is real. You may be given many resources and options to create fascinating projects for your students, but you will be expected to work extra hours, weekends, and nights. You will need to set strong boundaries because you will be constantly asked to do a bit more or a little more. Know when you need self-care because others will not take that into account. Also, the job descriptions are vague. If you begin in one capacity, and you begin taking on more, your pay and title will not change, even if you point out that you've been taking on more over the years. You'll have to apply for something else within the organization, and salaries are nearly non-negotiable.
