      Pros

      As others say, great benefits, etc. offices, interesting work and motivated people. If you stumble into the right group to work for, it can be a really good place to work.

      Cons

      Management varies widely from group to group, very hands off at times. Engineers put in position of employee and project management that just does not work sometimes. Cutthroat (sometimes bullying) environment at times with a very unlevel playing field depending on group, experience level, experience and gender.

      Pros

      The teams are interesting and you get to learn (some) about a lot of things. If proactive, you can meet/integrate with several groups which can helpful in understanding the company dynamics much quicker.

      Cons

      You will be overworked, undervalued, and lied to (though it wont be up front). Depending on your role, you can see how others work and interact--rules don't apply to all, executive roles/figures 'bank' on a '40 year recipe' that is inherently flawed, the benefits package (while good on paper/verbally) will not come to fruition to payout, the hybrid policy is enforced to some, yearly/quarterly meetings are illogical presentations of nonsensical financial projections for both profit and benefits.

      Some good people and great benefits

      Cons

      Please reference the review left in April of 2022 for this role. Do better with who you have in managerial positions. Improve training and onboarding it shouldn't be rushed.
