      CRA is employee-owned and offers great benefits. Work-life balance is supported and schedules can be flexible. Senior management has made efforts to be more transparent with salaries and promotions, which is appreciated. The company has responded to C19 expertly - resources always available, transparent updates about the office and new policies, thorough health precautions.
