- Poor work life balance, no boundary between workhours non-workhours, weekday weekend etc. - Expectation to work 70+ hours per week for weeks leading to deadline - Not many exit options except econ consulting - Too much reliance on Stata - Most people at the top are anxious. The job will make you an anxious person.

- Weak response on pay increase (it was announced that we would get increases in 2021 but it took until April 2022 for the pay to be increased) - Weak response on RTO - No corporate gym membership discount or wellness benefit (get a small amount through insurance but not from the actual company) - Junior staff don't get their cell phone bills expensed despite having to use it for 2FA and for emails and messages - Poor expense reimbursement policy for exams
