      With any large organization, employees can get lost in the hustle and bustle of daily work. Make sure to stay engaged with you manager and HR business eladers to take advantage of everything the organization as to offer.

      Pros

      Pay is fair, in the median level for Reno. Some disonnect between site leadership and realistic expectations in the vivarium, and with mid level manager. Overall a good place to work.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. Benefits are not horrible, with the exception of the health and dental insurance. Insurance sucks.
