      Pros

      work in a small group, fast and slow days even out the week. Mostly everyone there was very knowledgeable about the process and what they were trying to accomplish. Treated as an equal by management and my ideas were taken into account.

      Cons

      They need to restructure how they charge customers. Too much free work even if we were still turning a large profit
