Benefits are solid, they have an equity shares program that allows buying of their stock at a discount, and depending on your team workplace culture is actually not too bad if you have to come to the office.

Cons

Pay tends to be on the lower end for starting developers. Due to a lackluster financial year in 2023, promotions in my organization were stalled and I still have yet to receive a promotion I was promised over a year and a half ago.
